MakPac/Tool Box Full Van Racking 4-Pack. This combination, consisting of four racks, provides racking down the full length of the driver/OS side of the van, the NS rear, and across the bulkhead, has been designed specifically to safely transport and store trolleys and toolboxes, such as MakPac Type 1, 2, 3, and 4 boxes from MAKITA. Other toolboxes do fit but please refer to the attached datasheet to check the dimensions. This functional and practical full van-racking system for the Ford Transit Custom 2023- offers space to store up to 20 toolboxes and has a further 20 individual top compartments to store more tools, cargo, and supplies.
Our Transit Custom racking units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic treated, hexaboard finish plywood. All our Transit Custom van racking comes ready-notch to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included) Images are for illustration purposes only. We do advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to help prevent the smooth finish outside facias from cracking.
Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design. The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver.
Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
