Ulti-Rack V3 Ply Van Racking. Van racking integrates the front and rear racking units into what is, in effect, one long driver-side unit. This maximises storage space, and with its 14 compartments of various sizes, top trays, and under-bottom shelf storage, you have plenty of room to organise, store and transport everything you need from job to job in your van.
Vanimal's Ford Transit Custom Ulti-Rack is made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. X10 compartments of various sizes (See sheet for exact dimensions). External fascias: Textured Phenolic with hexagonal pattern & 120gm Smooth Phenolic. Width 1000mm x Depth 398mm x Height 1200mm. Works with both SWB & LWB - note, if fitted to LWB, there will be a gap between the bulkhead and racking. X4 compartments of various sizes (See sheet for exact dimensions).Width 964mm x Depth 393mm x Height 1200mm. Taking onboard customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic-treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods.
The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias from cracking. Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design.The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
